Also I don't call in repairs often; there are many different safety hazards here. I'm not trying to be a nag. But when a repair is needed we get attitude from the landlord or repair person who make the excuse that we broke it or we're loud, etc, etc. so just forget repairs, also threatened with eviction.

Some “neighbors” left a note on the door, and so has the landlord, complaining about noise and THREATENING that they would call the police and threatening about domestic violence. Remember, we're in our abode. Also, they'll claim I have a loud voice and, etc., etc. That's just a lie because it doesn't matter whether I'm soft or loud as you'll see since even whispering, talking normally and discussing things has led to illegal wiretapping and methods of eavesdropping. You'll soon see that this is just pretext as an attempt to evict and gouge money. These people just think they should be able to tell me what to say and what to think. This is a total infringement on my first amendment right to freedom of speech and they have actually enlisted the help of people I have been paying for services or about to do business with. Needless to say I will not be recommending these people or businesses to anyone. After all I actually had dealings with them and they’re unethical to say the least.

After getting the nasty harassing letter from the “neighbors” we left a note that we apologized, even though we didn't feel we had to. Didn't matter because I could tell certain people here were very envious anyways. In turn we called the landlord informing that the “police do not get into our place without a warrant” and the landlord was also asked how they knew if drawers were being slammed in here or if we were “noisy”. They replied with a “we send the 'caretaker' to your apartment to find out.” You actually send the caretaker to eavesdrop? How do you know what’s going on in here, what’s being banged, whether it's your property being banged or mine? It's more than eavesdropping; they're all in on it over here. Yup, that's right!
